This web page is dedicated to my brother
| "The state of Georgia murdered my brother tonight and call it justice. This time it was my loved one, next time it could just as easily be one of yours!" -Darnell Moonda Fugate |

FOUND GUILTY & MURDERED even though evidence proved the government's capital case against Buck rested on a foundation of official lies, knowing use of false testimony, destroyed and willful suppression of evidence in the state's possession, that supported Buck's claim of innocence on the premeditated murder charge!
FOUND GUILTY & MURDERED even though officials admitted to giving Buck's house, car and van keys away. Made up story he broke into house by window but found no fingerprints, the crime scene was altered, other crucial evidence disposed of (seen in photos), and the photos stated as being taken that night clearly show bright sunshine!
FOUND GUILTY & MURDERED for beating his ex-wife 50+ times with a recalled defective pistol even though the autopsy clearly states only 2 wounds: 1 being round and 1 a zig-zag shape, neither able to have been caused with a pistol!
FOUND GUILTY & MURDERED for holding his ex-wife’s head back, shooting her at point blank range outside the van, even though both autopsy and medical examiner states shot came from a distance and at an angle and she was shot inside the van!
FOUND GUILTY & MURDERED for removing the plunger on son's rifle, disabling it, even though photos prove it had not been removed and son had taken bullets out himself. Rifle w/plunger was taken to sheriff's office and locked up that night. But three witnesses testified they each found the very same plunger later - three different times and no fingerprints of Buck's found on either item!
FOUND GUILTY & MURDEREDeven though none of his friends, co-workers, nor family were allowed to testify in Buck's behalf. Not once was it even stated he was a gainfully employed, law-abiding productive member of society, and a very helpful to everyone of his neighbors! It was the newspapers and people that knew none of the facts that were saying he was a 'monster'.
FOUND GUILTY & MURDERED because he was drawn into the middle of official government misconduct and legal maneuvers by the judicial system, one of the unfortunate poorer class and living in the middle of the "Death Belt"!

FRIDAY, AUGUST 16, 2002
4:58 PM We were told there was not going to be an execution tonight. 5:02 PM At this time we were told Buck would be executed at 8:00 pm but family members were not permitted to attend. 8:30 PM Imagine the shock . . . After thinking Buck had already been murdered we received a phone call stating that HE IS STILL ALIVE! His execution had been re-scheduled to take place within the next half hour. We kept waiting to hear something . . . To hear anything . . . . . . . . . . 9:30 PM BUCK IS STILL WAITING TO DIE! WHY? Because the powers-that-be had to have one last ruling! THEY COULDN'T EVEN GET THIS RIGHT! 9:46 PM FINALLY THE STATE OF GEORGIA MURDERED MY BROTHER! ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ I talked to Buck at 7:20 pm and he said he was ready to die and to get it over with. HIS LAST WORDS TO ME WERE: "Everything will be okay sis, we knew it was just a matter of time. I know I'm going to heaven. You know I've been looking forward to being reunited with Pat and Mark for a very long time. We will all finally be together again. Everything will be okay. Just tell everyone I love them and will be looking out for them." Buck was cremated and his ashes given to our mother. On Sunday, August 25th, 2002, a memorial service was held at the Quaker Meeting House in Atlanta, for those who loved and supported Buck over the many years of his incarceration. |

A VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO PALMER SINGLETON
If not for this man asking me to post the website for Buck, I would have never become aware of all the injustice these lawyers see on a daily basis. If not for him I would have not studied everything that I did. In other words, I could have continued to be ignorant and at peace still thinking our government officials were fair and unbiased, that they do not use people for their own political gains. Thank you for opening my eyes! I will never again stand back and keep quite but will speak out against such injustice! I will forever be in your debt Palmer. FOR ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO STOOD BEHIND MY BROTHER, GIVING HIM YOUR TOTAL SUPPORT THROUGHOUT ALL THE LONG YEARS... THANK YOU! |
