PHOTOS TAKEN INSIDE THE RESIDENCE
http://www.wallacefugate.com/1-PhotosReduced-Inside.html

Mize stated he took these photos after Mark's wrote his 1st statement at 6:57 pm on a raining and stormy evening (05/04/91). Notice the photos of the Living Room and how far the sunlight comes inside the room as shown on the carpet. These photos clearly shows they could not have been taken that evening as the sun only shines on this area of the floor around 10:00 am in the mornings. There is no other time during the day the sun can possibly go into the living room this far.

FRONT DOOR - ENTRANCE LEADING INTO FOYER -
Pathway made through all the junk. Notice there is no mud, gravel, twigs, nothing tracked in on the carpet as you would definitely see if they were taken on a stormy, downpour of rain with people tracking in and out of the house for hours? Someone has cleaned up the area before any photos were ever taken. In original photo you can see sunlight coming in the patio doors in the far room.
Carpet21.jpg

LOOKING OUT (toward driveway) FRONT ENTRANCE. Sunlight is clearly seen on the screen door again proving these photos could not have possibly been taken after 6:57 pm.
Carpet22.jpg

Another photo from the same location as above. Carpet is clean. Note the sunlight coming in the screen door.
Carpet20.jpg

Taken while standing in the living room, beside the recliner, looking out the living room doorway. Shows no dirt on the carpet, only footprint, where it was freshly cleaned.
Carpet23.jpg

Shows doorway leading to outside, stairs leading up to Mark's loft bedroom. Also shows the original location of the electric fan located at the top of the stairs going down to the game room. Basket beside the telephone is full. Again you see the sunshine that can not come into this room this far unless it was around 10:00 am, definitely not after 6:57 pm. Crime9.jpg

Shows the doorway leading out to the second room before going out to the front door. Shows the distance the telephone is away from the stairs and proves the 1st bullet was pointed away from the stairs.
Crime3.jpg

LIVING ROOM - EAST WALL IS COMPLETELY GLASS.
The East wall of the living room is all glass from the floor to the ceiling, with a star design. This is the sliding glass door Wallace took out to gain entrance into the residence. This wall of glass has the sun shining in only between the hours of 8:00 - 11:00 am, never in the evenings.
Crime11b.jpg

KITCHEN & HALLWAY LEADING TO PATTIE'S BEDROOM.
Carpet17.jpg

LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN AREA - Basket near telephone is no longer full. Socks but no fingernail on floor. Shows stairs leading up to Mark's loft bedroom.
Crime4.jpg

Photo has pencil stuck in carpet to show where the 1st bullet went in the floor, near the telephone stand, and away from the stairs. Box of .22 rifle ammo is seen under the telephone.
Crime5.jpg

Basket near telephone is full. Socks but no fingernail on floor. Stairs leading to the Game Room (Basement) are on the left, just out of sight of this photo but can be seen in other photos.
Crime7.jpg

This photo is of the living room and dining area. Another photo Mize stated he took after Mark made his first statement after 6:57 pm on a stormy evening (05/04/91). Notice the bright sunshine... the sun is shining in the East windows and can only reach this far in the living room around 10:00 am in the morning. Basket near telephone is no longer full. Socks but no fingernail shown on floor.
Crime8.jpg
CloseUp photos clearly shows Box of .22 rifle shells under telephone and no notepad near it.
Crime9CloseUp.jpg

Another CloseUp photo shows basket is no longer full.
Crime5CloseUp.jpg

Crime8CloseUp.jpg

Shows socks under the chair, but no fingernail, and basket no longer full.
Crime4CloseUp.jpg

Standing in front of the hall closet and looking at the glass wall of the living room. There was no blood found on the walls nor anywhere inside the house. This fact was never brought up during the trial.
Wall16.jpg

Photo of the side of the kitchen island. This stain was nothing but wood stain. Arrow shows where a fingernail was later planted as it is not shown in the first photos. (See Crime Lab Report)
Wall13.jpg

Another photo same as above. Only wood stain, no blood stains found anywhere inside the house. (See Crime Lab Report)
Wall13b.jpg

PATTIE'S BEDROOM - Shows no fingernail in this 1st photo taken by Mize on 7/4/91 but you will see a a couple of those cheap glue-on plastic fingernails in other photos. Crime scene has been altered before those photos were taken - 5 MONTHS LATER!
Crime14.jpg

CloseUp definitely shows no fingernail on floor.
Crime14CloseUp.jpg

PLANTED EVIDENCE - Socks are now missing and a fake fingernail has been planted near the chair leg.
Carpet12.jpg

Another photo same as above. Only wood stain, no blood stains found anywhere inside the house.
Wall13c.jpg

Living room carpet. No blood found on the carpet, just dirt. Photo shows that carpet has been vaccuumed, crime scene has definitely been altered.
Carpet2.jpg

Same as above.
Carpet6.jpg

Same as above.
Carpet10.jpg

Mark's .22 Rifle laying beside recliner. Mize stated he locked up the rifle on the night of 7/4/91. Notice the sunshine.
EXHIBIT #11a - Exhibit11a.jpg

Plunger is clearly shown to still be be on the rifle in this close up photo.
EXHIBIT #11 - Exhibit11.jpg
Shows all of Mark's bedroom in the loft. Photo is taken while standing at the top of the stairs. On 5/5/91 Mark supposedly found the plunger for the .22 rifle sticking out from under his bed. Not possible as the photo Mize took of the rifle and plunger on 5/4/91 shows it plainly still attached to the gun that Mize stated he took and locked up that evening. Box of .22 rifle shells in plain sight on the wooden toy box.
EXHIBIT #14 - Exhibit14.jpg

Close-Up of Mark's Daisy BB gun.
MarksRoomGun3b.jpg

Another photo of the Daisy BB gun.
MarksRoomGun3c.jpg

Close up of the toybox in Mark's bedroom with a box of .22 rifle shells sitting on top of it. Also the Daisy pistol has a box of pellets here in its wooden box.
Crime18.jpg

Box of .22 rifle shells sitting on top of the wooden toybox.
Crime18CloseUp.jpg

A close-up of photo showing the plunger Mark stated he found FOR THE 2ND TIME on 5/5/91 (under his bed) and GBI Agent found again, FOR THE 3RD TIME, on 5/7/91. Plunger is clearly shown in Exhibit #11 still on the rifle Mize stated he took to the Sheriff's Department on 5/4/91.
EXHIBIT #13 - Exhibit13.jpg

Close-Up of above photo.
EXHIBIT #13a - Exhibit13a.jpg

Taken while standing at the bottom of the stairs leading down into the game room (basement). Shows electric fans original location before it was moved down into the game room. Crime scene has been altered.
GameRoomStairs13.jpg

CloseUp showing electric fan.
GameRoomStairs14.jpg

GAME ROOM - Room has been cleaned up some. No pile of clothes located near the door leading outside as can be seen in other photos. Electric fan moved from the top of the stairs to the bottom, in front of the Sewing Room. Shows the window Wallace was accused of using to gain entrance. Shows blanket has been taken down and just hangs on one nail now. Pinball machines have been moved. The ceiling tile and insulation that was laying outside the door, on the patio, has been carry off.
GameRoom7.jpg

Clearly shows this photo could not possibly have been taken on 5/4/91, after 6.57 pm on a stormy evening as Mize stated. This window is located on the South side of the house so had to have been taken in the early morning because of the suns location.
Crime10.jpg

GAME ROOM WINDOW - This was the only photo shown at the trial to the jury. If one did not look close enough they would proably think it was taken late in the evening... that is if you were not shown the above photo.
Exhibit17.jpg

Sewing Room - Shows bullet hole in ceiling coming down from the living room. Whoever cleaned up the house threw lots of the stuff in this room before photos were taken, altering the crime scene.
SewingRoom10.jpg

ClosUp of bullet hole in ceiling of the Sewing Room.
